Fan Yi-Teng

With cross-sector experience across industry, government, academia, and research, has led government programs totaling over NT$500 million, mentored more than 500 teams, and helped companies secure over NT$200 million in grants. Holds a PhD in Finance and is an 18th National Innovation Award winner. Areas of expertise include fundraising, government grants, business models, and international marketing.
