范奕騰 - Ian Fan

With a cross-disciplinary background spanning industry, government, academia, and research, has led government projects exceeding NT$500 million, mentored more than 500 teams, and helped companies secure over NT$200 million in grants. Holds a Ph.D. in Finance, is a winner of the 18th National Innovation Award, and specializes in fundraising, government grants, business models, and international marketing.
