PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin. Previously served at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital Research Center, then moved into industry and held positions at Beckman Instruments Co., Feng Chi Instrument Co., and Media Cybernetics in the United States. He later joined the Development Center for Biotechnology and assisted the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, in establishing the Nangang Biotechnology Incubation Center, where he also served as Director. During this period, he participated in training programs including the Interdisciplinary Senior Talent Program of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Intellectual Property Program at the American Pacific Law Institute, the Interdisciplinary Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Washington School of Business, and the Technology Management Program at Peking University's International Center for Intellectual Property Studies. With interdisciplinary expertise spanning biotechnology, technology management, and incubation, he has extensive experience in intellectual property transactions, technology valuation, and intangible asset assessment, and is committed to building mechanisms for IP transactions. He currently serves as a review committee member for multiple government industry programs and as a mentor for startup guidance, promoting the development of the knowledge economy and technology markets.
